  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    • Generally it takes us 24-48 hours to prep your order and shipping takes ~3-5 days. This is only applicable for items that are on hand and in stock. Please, check the product page for the most accurate timeline information. Pre-sale items are noted on the product and have varying timelines based on production lead times. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
    • How do I track my order?
      • Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow that tracking number to locate your order. If you have not received a tracking number, it’s likely that your order has not shipped. But, sometimes it ends up in your Spam folder so don’t forget to check there! If your tracking number is not working please email storeservice@tigereyepromotions.com
      • I only received a part of my order?
        • If you did not receive your complete order, please contact storeservice@tigereyepromotions.com and we will make sure you get your order in its entirety. Please note, orders may ship in multiple packages and items on backorder may be delayed and shipped separately from the rest of your order.
        • Do you offer exchanges?
          • No, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. We are only able to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you received an item that is defective or damaged, you can reach out to storeservice@tigereyepromotions.com with a photo of the issue and we’ll replace the damaged item(s).
          • What is your return policy?
            • We only offer returns for items that are defective or damaged. To return, send an email to storeservice@tigereyepromotions.com with photos of the defect/damage and we’ll work on getting a return processed for you. Please note, you may need to provide your name, order number, proof of purchase, and may be asked for additional photos. You must send us notice within 10 days of receiving your order in order to be eligible for a refund.
            • I made a mistake and need to change my order, can you help?
              • I got a notification that my item was delivered, but I didn’t receive it…
                • Double check your tracking number and make sure that USPS isn’t reporting any delivery issues. Make sure you look around your mailbox/porch/mail room. If your order hasn’t turned up after a few days, please email storeservice@tigereyepromotions.com
                • Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation or shipping confirmation email?
                  • If a valid email address is entered at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order has been submitted, followed by shipping and tracking information once the order has shipped. If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please email storeservice@tigereyepromotions.com
                  • Can I pay by phone or check?
                    • Unfortunately, at this time we can only process orders via our online checkout.
                    • Are your products made in America?
                      • Yes! All of our products are made in the USA and union printed, unless specified otherwise on the product page.
